Hi

Yes there is it is called R66 and is at the top of the Hopewell Centre, Wanchai Hong Kong island. The food is buffett type in the evening and there is usually a singer of sorts.

The views on a clear night are awesome as you are up amongst the sky scrapers and looking out over the bank of china on way and Happy Valley as the restaurant revolves.

The food is not the best that you will get in HK but in my opinion R66 is definatley worth a visit.

As an alternative, though not revolving, you can have a special night at the AQUA / Hutong restaurant which overlooks Victoria Harbour 28th floor of 1 Peking Rd in Tsim Sha Tsui. We did this a couple of weeks ago. Not cheap but fantastic memories and great views of the nightly light/lazer show across the harbour.

You may also consider Felix at the top floor of Peninsula Hotel. It is famous because of the glass toilets. Probably it has the best toilet harbour view in Hong Kong!
