Hotel benito, any one stayed there yet

Iv contacted the hotel about prices for next may and they have quoted 700hkd per night which i think is pretty good, just wondered if any one has stayed there yet.

I thought it may be noisy as its right on nathan rd.

Hotel benito, any one stayed there yet

The hotel is situated on Cameron Road and Lane off Nathan Road. The area is generally busy with shops and local cafes on your doorstep.

However, I think that the moment you are in the hotel the noise will not be much of an issue.... But i think its a trade off between noise and convenience.

You may want to look at Katetam comments on this hotel. Since its just newly open, I don%26#39;t think many people will have stayed there yet.

we are asking everyone who booked at this hotel this december /january to give us a review.

until then, as it is a new hotel - there are no reviews.

for that price, don%26#39;t have high expectations - too high that is. the main thing is that it is a new hotel and im sure there will be a few kinks but im sure they will try their hardest to provide good customer service and to sort out things during the so called teething period.

and also the hotel is a converted office building.

The hotel is NOT on Nathan Road. It%26#39;s one block in from nathan road. It is on busy Cameron Road, very lively and busy at night, but once the stores close at 10:00 or 11:00pm, there isn%26#39;t any reason for the streets to be noisy. There is no club or pub or anything late opened at night. Tom Lee Music %26#39;s main branch is next to it, so no, it wouldn%26#39;t be noisy.

HSBC is right there, and McDonalds, and Watsons.... I think it%26#39;s one of the BEST location for a hotel... very smart.

Im torn between this hotel in the middle of every thing brilliant location and a good price and the ramada in the wesrern district on the island as iv stayed there before but it was a little far out but transport wasnt a problem.

I don%26#39;t think you have anything to lose in trying out Benito. The rooms might be smaller than Ramada, but why not give it a try?

you know you could always book / reserve hotel benito first as your trip is not until may.

check out their cancellation policy. usually you have to give a month or so notice to cancel without penalty.

by february, there would be some reviews of hotel benito already.

if you feel that this is for you - then go ahead with the booking

if not just cancel it.

Does the hotel staffs operate on weekend, it seem that no one is reply my mail since Friday... for Hotel Benito

Of course they operate on weekends... how did you contact the hotel? By email? Try sending again, as sometimes email doesn%26#39;t get received. And today, is Sunday, SOME hotels%26#39; reservations don%26#39;t operate during Sundays.

If you still don%26#39;t get a reply soon, fax to them.

The email is working unless you have the wrong address. I emailed my inquiry a few days ago. I got a reply in less than 24-hours. By the way it was a weekday so maybe that explains the prompt reply. I am now booked in the hotel at room 810, a de luxe double room. Overall rating: satisfied, happy and impressed. Will post my review later.

wow!!! you even got a room assignment!!
