1 1/2 days adequate?

If we arrive on the overnight train from Beijing at 8:30, stay at a hotel in/near the Muslin Street and leave on late afternoon flight to Chengdu the next day, will we have time to see the Terracotta Warriors, visit the Shaanxi Museum and bike on the Old City Walls?

Any hotel suggestions? How%26#39;s the Shaanxi Wenjiun?

1 1/2 days adequate?

Yes,you have time to see all, maybe more than that.

How many people ? how much will you pay for the hotel ?

1 1/2 days adequate?

There%26#39;s two of us. Price for hotel is not as important as location (walking to street food) and cleanliness. We would also like a king size bed :)

Once we arrive at the train station, should we check our luggage there and go right to Terracotta Warrior or somewhere else?

Thanks

have a look at the Bell Tower has pretty good reviews on here and is middle of the road price wise but best of all is location location

Bell Tower is definitely on my short list. I did see some negative reviews here, so I%26#39;m looking into Shaanxi Wenjiun, appears to be in a good location, no?

Sorry, I mean Shaanxi Wenyuan

Actually, I think there are locals and others who know Xian who have answered many questions from looking at the archives. I find the information here very helpful.

It%26#39;s your call. Regardless, good luck!

Dear friend,

Your idea is very good that you really should begin your Xi%26#39;an tour while you arrived. Xi%26#39;an is a historical book of China, it%26#39;s very important for you to make your limited time worthy.

You want to stay at a hotel near the Muslin Street, I suggest you to choose the Meihua-Goldentang Internation Hotel 4 astar which is near the Muslin Street and all facilities are high quality but its price is very reasonable.

How%26#39;s the Shaanxi Wenyuan, it%26#39;s also necessary to visit. After all it%26#39;s one aspect scenic spots of Xi%26#39;an.

I%26#39;m a people who lives many years during my school life in Xi%26#39;an. Welcom to Xi%26#39;an:)
