Are you staying at the Metropark Wanchai along Hennessy Road? If so, the easiest way is to take the Airport Express Train to HK Central Station and hop onto their complimentary hotel shuttle service H1. Alight at Empire Hotel which is just across the street from Metropark Wanchai. One way fare is HKD100 but if you buy a return ticket from HK Central to HK Airport it is HKD180. The train ride is just over half an hour while the shuttle ride takes 15 minutes or so (excluding waiting time).

I would suggest taking the airport bus A11. Besides being cheaper, it gives you a one seat ride, stopping within one block of the hotel. (Stop No.9 Luard Road)
