Is there any money exchange available at LoWu border? We are going to HK from ShenZhen and before we can exchange money at the hotel or other exchange booth at TST, we would like to change a little bit US $ to HK $ (maybe for MTR fare and etc). Can we do it at LoWu?

There is a money change shop at Lowu, as well as ATM machine.

Look for banks and money changer at LoWu. You can do it also online, with respective money changer and transfer.

I am not actually familiar with the place. I have never been there and I hope someone could help you out when you get there. Try to ask some friendly people there. I know there are always people ready to help and be asked.

Lo Wu border is always very busy, and generally people do not stick around waiting there - unless for frds.

Much wiser to get the Chinese currency from a ATM in Hong Kong (Bank of China) or from a money exchange.
