Hotel in Nanjing, Suzhou and Hangzhou

Hi,

I will be coming for a holiday in June with a friend. Could anyone recommend some good hotels to stay in Nanjing, Suzhou and Hangzhou. My budget is in the range of Y300-400. Would that get me to a hotel with good location where it is convenient to visit attractions ? If not, I am willing to pay up to Y500. Thanks!
