Hong Kong - Shenzen Mission Hills - Kunming Spring City

My husband and I are travelling to Hong Kong/China from UK for the first time at the end of May. Can anyone recommend a good taxi service to take luggage and golf clubs from Hong Kong Int%26#39;l airport to Mission Hills and approximately how much would it cost? We are also having mixed reviews on what vaccinations to have - cholera yes or no - Japanese encephiltis yes or no - help and anything else we might need? Any recommendations to do and see in Shenzen and Kunming - are things expensive, food - drinks - gifts. Really looking forward to it, especially the golf. Any info greatly appreciated to make our holiday even more unforgetable. Thx

Unless you%26#39;re talking about an expensive private limo service, I don%26#39;t think you can get a taxi to get you directly from Hong Kong airport to anywhere in Shenzhen.

General sightseeing information is readily available in printed guidebooks and online, for both Shenzhen and Kunming. Please be motivated enough to do a bit of homework on your own, it%26#39;s your trip after all. I%26#39;ve provided some URLs below to start you off.

';Expensive'; is a relative concept. Without more specific information to go on, I think most travellers from the UK would find the level of expenditure in mainland China very low.

Thank you for all the links - I will certainly do my homework and make the most of our stay at Shenzhen and Kunming.

How best would you suggest then we get from Hong Kong to Shenzhen, bearing in mind we have luggage and golf clubs?

Sorry, I suppose it didn%26#39;t occur to you that the solution is quite easily found on their website?

';From Hong Kong Lok Ma Chau to Mission Hills, the ride only takes around 30 minutes. Shuttle bus services run from Mon-Sun, 6:00 am - 9:00 pm at 20 minute intervals. A car park is available to all our members. If you are interested in taking a ride on our shuttle bus, contact us.';

Sorry, I%26#39;ve never been to Hong Kong nor the resort itself, so I can%26#39;t be of more help. However if you%26#39;re still confused by the information on the website, I would think emailing them would be of help: info@missionhillsgroup.com

Thanks for this - but I have tried constantly to email them, especially for their shuttle service - but after trying every email address given on their website, I have given up, with no reply to any of them - I hope the service of the resort is better than this!!!! Not a good start. Thanks anyway

Ewww, it seems that it%26#39;s yet another one of those places where their email addresses are ';for show'; instead of practical purposes.

Call them instead?
